домены payday проблемма

Всем привет, купил через аукцион годадди домен 9 летний в названии домане есть payday....com, на домен накидал статей и повесил адсенц
вчера на домене были серферы с таким реферером http://hawknest.citizenhawk.com/index.php с сегодня прилетело вот такое письмо

Please be advised that TC Loan Service is the registered owner of the following trademarks: U.S. Reg. No. 2,821,354 for the mark PAYDAY ONE and U.S. Reg. No. 3,521,141 for the mark THINKCASH (the "Marks").  TC Loan Service has invested considerable time and money establishing proprietary rights in the TC Loan Service marks as evidenced by its U.S. trademark registrations. TC Loan Service has been using the Mark PAYDAY ONE since 2001 and THINKCASH since 2007 and employs the Marks as a retail and online service to provide temporary loans.

It has come to our attention that you have registered the following domain name(s):

It is apparent that you are trying to capitalize on TC Loan Service's rights in the Marks, including but not limited to, PayDayOne.com and ThinkCash.com, by using a confusingly similar domain name to divert traffic to your site.  Your registration and use of a confusingly similar domain name infringes on TC Loan Service's rights because of the likelihood of confusion, mistake or deception among the public, who will believe that your services and/or goods are affiliated with, or endorsed by TC Loan Service when, in fact, they are not.  We believe that your registration and use of the confusingly similar domain name is specifically banned by existing federal and state statutes, including the Anti Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA), which also provides for statutory damages of up to $100,000.00 per infringing domain.

On behalf of TC Loan Service, we hereby demand that you immediately discontinue use of the domain name(s) and that you assign the domain name registration(s) to TC Loan Service.

Please respond with an affirmative response to this email by November 10, 2011.  The CitizenHawk domain recovery team, as agent for TC Loan Service, will then work with you to help facilitate the domain transfer process.

Кто нибуть сталкивался с таким ? реально могут домен отобрать или посылать нахер ? от годадди никаких варнингов не небыло и судя по хистори домена он успешно выполнял роль МФА последние пару лет, и за все это время некаких упоминаний торговых марок на нем не было ну а сейчас тем более там тупо сео статьи, единственное что домен занимает довольно таки нефиговые позиции по дорогим кеям

предлагаю написать анонимусам чтобы наказали их
