Обсуждая с русскими интересный, но сложный проект с прибылью 20%, следует ожидать отказ: российские партнеры не любят ждать, они предпочитают работать по-крупному, даже с инвестициями, продолжает издание.

"Типичные русские не любят разговоров по телефону, предпочитая MSN, Yahoo, QQ, Skype одну единственную программу – ICQ. Причем вычислить их можно по нескольким признакам: адрес на Gmail, лог с зафиксированными IP-адресами экзотических стран и пяти- или шестизначный номер ICQ, - пишет Ecommerce Journal. - Россияне также не любят усложнять жизнь бумажной волокитой, избегая документов и формальности. В некоторых случаях они могут просто не понять предложение оформить партнерские отношения на бумаге".

По описанию американского издания, русские, работающие в Сети, предстают настоящими эстетами, ценящими красоту во всем. А значит демонстрировать продвинутым российским веб-дизайнерам слабые с эстетической точки зрения проекты не стоит.

Главное правило коммуникации с партнерами из России – никогда не настаивать на телефонных переговорах, отмечает Ecommerce Journal. "Конечно, ваш партнер знает английский, причем достаточно хорошо для того, чтобы обсудить с вами множество моментов, но если вы делает бизнес в Сети, помните, что российские IT-специалисты рассматривают коммуникацию в тесной связи с интернет-протоколами", - пишет издание.

Несмотря на то, что американские эксперты называют россиян дружелюбными партнерами, они советуют во время разговора с ними не допускать типичных вежливых оборотов. В частности, отмечается, не стоит спрашивать своего российского партнера: "Как продвигаются дела?". В этом случае любой русский почувствует себя озадаченным. Ему не только неприятно, что вы интересуетесь его делам, но главное – он не понимает цели такого вопроса, поскольку ответ на него, как правило, один и тот же.

В работе с русскими есть и ряд моментов, которые не поддаются пониманию западных коллег, в частности, слишком длительное, с их точки зрения, празднование Нового года - с 1 по 10 января. В этот период активность в стране сводится к нулю, замечает издание. Единственный выход из этого положения для западных коллег - воспринимать затянувшиеся праздники как еще одну грань загадочной русской души, девает вывод Ecommerce Journal.
